Great Product/Questionable Customer Service
Where to begin... I applied for a Vulcan S online and immediately was contacted by Jeff regarding my application. I was approved for the bike the next day. When I showed up to the dealership, no one said a word to us which was concerning. We walked around the entire dealership for approximately 20 minutes without being greater by anyone in the facility. Jeff was busy helping other customers, everyone else was just sitting around. I was fed up and approached a woman that was sitting at her desk on the other side of Jeff's, I asked if Jeff was available, she just pointed at Jeff's desk to show me he was busy. I asked if there was anyone else that could help us, she seemed very annoyed that I even approached her. She got up and said she would get John. She asked what we needed and I told her I was already approved to buy a motorcycle, her attitude changed immediately after that. John came out and was great, he helped us until Jeff was unoccupied. Jeff finally approached us and was helpful at answering questions that I had, the process was quick and painless. I LOVE my new bike, when I was finally able to deal with Jeff, he was great. However; the reason for the low review was do to how we were treated coming into the dealer, we felt so uncomfortable that we almost walked out without making a purchase. If possible, I would like to receive a phone call regarding a different, very concerning incident with another customer that happens to be one of my employees. (Employee: Jeff Holt)
