Marshall was a big help through the whole process of receiving my new KLX110RL. When I initially called Kawasaki of Reno, I was informed that there was none in stock, and Marshall suggested I could enter on to the waiting list for one. He made it very simple and fast to give him my down payment, and reserve my spot on the list for one. As I did wait for my KLX to be shipped in, Marshall provided updates as to when it is expected to show up, and where I was in line. Once the bike was shipping in, Marshall called me immediately to notify me that it was being built, and that it would be ready to pick up the following day when I was off work.
