Marshall was very helpful and knowledgeable in assisting my wife and I. We were looking for a good quality dual-sport bike for her. As she is a beginner I was somewhat apprehensive going in, but Marshall but me at ease as he explained the features and versatility of the KLX 300 model. He knows motorcycles and answered all our questions and set up our financing with out any issues. While he could not guarantee a delivery date, he did contact us as soon as our new bike arrived. (much earlier than expected) When I went to pick it up, Marshall was very helpful and efficient in finalizing everything and getting bike loaded on my truck. I took the bike home and gave it a thorough check over. There was only a couple issues on assembly- The seat was not fully clipped onto the fuel tank notch, and the side panel fasteners were a bit loose. Otherwise very good set up.
